Paradigm Medical Management, Inc provides development, implementation and ongoing management oversight for chronic wound management, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diabetes education clinics licensed and operated by acute care general hospitals.
With extensive experience in the managed care marketplace, the Paradigm team provides contracting, authorizations, and billing services for managed care patients seeking care for non-healing wounds. This specialized service allows access to the wound management and hyperbaric services for patients in HMO's, IPA's and/or medical groups.
Because of the large number of chronic wounds arising from diabetes related complications, Paradigm also offers development and management of the hospital outpatient center for diabetes education, assisting with America Diabetes Association accreditation and managed care contracting.
Paradigm offers a program which bridges the gap for chronic wound patients in skilled nursing and other post-acute facilities. Independent physicians and physician assistants visit and treat chronic wounds in select facilities, and via a relationship with the hospital wound management program, direct all wound diagnostic, surgical and wound care clinic procedures to the partner hospital.
